  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

    • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts
    • Custom or personalized products

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at highlandtreasuresph@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  2. Ship the Item: Please securely package the item and include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original method of payment.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at highlandtreasuresph@gmail.com with details of the issue.
